This Hat is the perfect accessory for your little one’s cake smash photo shoot or birthday party. Handmade with a lovely blue striped cotton fabric lined with felt and finished with a chunky Pom Pom, beige trim, felt backed number 1 and finished with resin teddy bear and blue fabric stars.
