Processing Times

All of our cake smash outfits, hats, crowns and wands are made to order, so please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be processed before dispatch.

If you need your items sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help and ensure delivery in time for your special occasion.

Delivery

We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is usually the next working day.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard Returns

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Please include a note inside your return with your order number so we can process your refund quickly.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Your return address can be found on the postage label of your original parcel. If you need this again, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
